I took it five years ago to relieve stress, and it was effective. Recently, I've struggled with sleep due to stress, making it difficult to rise in the morning. I decided to take Adrenal Health again, and upon waking, I found that my eyes were open, and the symptoms of brain fog had vanished. My mild depression also dissipated. I plan on ordering again in the future. The packaging and delivery were satisfactory.
